KARACHI: On Thursday, until mid day, KSE-100 Index was at 16684.89 with a positive change of 96.35 and volume of 29,889,300 shares.

High and Low were 16694.42 and 16588.27 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 56,622,900 shares with 263 total traded companies out of which 195 were up, 60 were down and 8 were unchanged.

Oil and Gas was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 10,523,600 shares. It was followed by Commercial Banks with a total traded volume of 8,527,800 shares.

The three top traded companies were Byco Petroleum with a volume of 10,121,500 and price per share of 13.97 (0.59), Maple Leaf Cement with a volume 4,436,000 of price per share of 14.80 (0.44), United Bank with a volume 3,181,000 of price per share of 82.81 (1.00).

The top three advancers were Millat Tractors Ltd. with price per share of 582.05 (12.90), Pak.Int.Cont. SD with price per share of 210.30 (10.01) and Exide (PAK) price share of 280.00 (10.00).

The top three decliners were Blessed Tex. with price per share of 1,500 (-6.10), J.D.W.Sugar with price per share of 112.06 (-5.89) and Nagina Cotton with price per share of 49.00 (-1.76).
