Pakistan Post introduces new products to respond to customer needs

Senior officials of Pakistan Post told APP that recent years witnessed the phenomenal growth of courier services, adding that market economies prized competition, efficiency and productivity.

 

"Postal administrations realizing the change rose to the occasion and focused on customer a fresh" they said.

 

They said that Pakistan Post has launched an array of customer oriented products and services including Electronic Money Order (EMO), Urgent Mail Service Counter Collection (UMS-CC) (UMS-CC), Urgent Mail Service (City-to-City), Urgent Mail Service (Local), Express Mail Service (EMS) International, Fax Money Order (FMO).

 

Pakistan Post recently started Urgent Mail Service-Counter Collection in all of its 83 General Post Offices across the country including Azad Jammu Kashmir.

 

Highlighting the salient features of UMS-CC, senior officials said that the articles to be booked under the new service could be collected by the receivers from the GPO concerned 9am to 8.30pm during working days.
