JUI-F backs November 30 strike in Sindh

28 Nov, 2012

JUI-F Sindh chapter general secretary Dr Khalid Mehmood Soomro said their party fully supported the strike of November 30, because the new local government system has created an urban and rural divide in Sindh. He said the people of rural Sindh who had already been facing discrimination are now further alienated with the dual local government system.

He said the ruling political parties are last concerned about the province and its people. He said the foul language used by the ruling MPAs in Sindh assembly against the female assembly members show their level of their mentality.

He said the JUI-F would observe Friday, November 30, as a black day in whole Sindh. He appealed to the people to observe the black day in peaceful manner and keep their businesses closed on the day on voluntarily basis.
