President's spokesman visit grave of late Dr Muhammad Kamal

Late Dr Mohammad Kamal died of a heart attack in Peshawar Friday night.

 

Spokesperson to the President Senator Farhatullah Babar said that the demise of Dr. Kamal has left many in a state of profound grief and sorrow as it was huge loss to the forces of democracy.

 

He said the President in his condolence message to the bereaved family lauded the services of Dr. Kamal for democracy, political and socio-economic betterment of the people saying that his valuable contributions for the cause of democracy, reforming the Frontier Crimes regulation (FCR), introducing local self governance and election reforms in the country, will be remembered for long. 

 

"As long as the Shaheed Bhutto Foundation grows and earns a name in advancing the cause of democracy and uplift of the poor the name of Dr Kamal will also be remembered." The Spokesperson quoted the President.

 

“It will always be the first line of his bio data that Dr. Kamal was the first executive head of the Bhutto Foundation", the President had said in his message.

 

Spokesperson said that Dr. Kamal was a great human being, true friend and colleague, and an inspiring figure who always considered his job as challenge and a mission.

 

Floral wreath was also laid on the grave on behalf of Board of Governors of Shaheed Bhutto Foundation.

 

Spokesperson offered fateha and prayed for eternal peace to the departed. He also prayed for the courage of the bereaved family to bear the loss with fortitude.
