The funeral prayer of the slain cops were attended beside others by Senior Provincial Minister, Bashir Ahmed Bilour, Speaker KP Assembly, Kirmatullah Khan, Information Minister Mian Iftikhar Hussain, provincial ministers, senior police and civil officials in large number.

A smartly contingent of KP Police presented salute to the coffin of the martyrs. Later, their bodies were shifted to their native villages for burial.

It may be recalled that five people were killed and 40 others injured in the deadly suicide blast targeting the vehicle of SP Investigation in Qissakhwani bazaar. Meanwhile, Police have registered First Information Report (FIR) of the blast against unknown outlaws and expanded network of investigation.
