Govt continues development works: Senator

Despite the grave challenges of record breaking floods and militancy and gave special focus on the rehabilitation and repair of the damage infrastructure to improve the lifestyle of people.

 

Addressing the inauguration ceremony of Jeep able Bridge at Mera Khal in Dir lower, the Senator Ahmad Hassan said that PPP strongly believed on uniform development of the country as it is the custodian of people rights and constitution.

 

He said PPP has always made the politics of people and the country.

 

He said the present government was taking concrete steps for the speedy development of Malakand division and Dir Lower district as people of this region have paid numerous sacrifices for the country.

 

Hassan said whenever PPP comes into a power with the support of masses; record developmental projects were initiated throughout the country on uniform basis.

 

He said pace of development in Dir Lower district has been accelerated referring to completed schemes in education, health, communication, water and sanitation sectors in the present tenure.

 

The completion of ongoing mega projects in Malakand division particularly in Dir Lower district would gave further impetus to economic, industrial and social sectors of this region, adding PPP would continue struggle against favoritism.

 

Senator Ahmad Hassan said if PPP came into power again will focus on attraction of foreign investment and create jobs opportunity for youth.

 

He said PPP's struggle against illiteracy and poverty will continue and the vision of Qaid-e-Awam Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and Benazir Bhutto Shaheed would be completed at all cost.

 

He said President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf are working day and night for progress and prosperity of the country. Provincial Minister for Technical Education and Mineral Development, Nawabzada Mehmood Zeb also present on the occasion.
