According to police control the in-charge of Bomb Disposal Squad Hukam Khan reached to the spot after receiving a telephonic message of IED planted near the house of one Haji Nargis, resident of Sheikhan village, situated in the Badabar Police Station jurisdiction. While defusing the planted explosive device, it went off suddenly killing Inspector Hukam Khan on the spot.

Soon after blast the officials of the 1122, Edhi and security forces rushed to the spot and recovered the body of Inspector Hukam Khan.

There was no report about any injuries as result of the blast, police control confirmed.
