In his condolence message the Governor has said that we are quite conscious of the sensitive responsibilities which the journalists community performs and we fully acknowledge their feelings in this particular case.

Indeed, he added, there could never be any replacement for a precious life. This tragic incident, he added, has shocked us all. He has also expressed his deep sympathies with the members of the bereaved family and prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul. The Governor has also wished early recovery of the injured.
