Travolta’s lawyer criticizes sexual assault suit

06 Aug, 2012

Fabian Zanzi has become the third masseur to sue Travolta over sex claims in recent months.

He alleged the actor had dropped his robe and exposed himself during a neck message session
in 2009.

The Royal Caribbean staffer said that the 58-year-old star had forcefully embraced him and
then tried to pay him his $12,000 for silence over the occurrence.

He is suing for unspecified damages.

On the other hand, Travolta’s legal representative Marty Singer has responded to the suit and although, he admits that the Hollywood star had been on the cruise ship, he has denied
all allegations of misconduct and accused Zanzi of lying about the encounter.

Singer also questioned why Zanzi had failed to mention details of sexual harassment when he
complained to his superiors and filed a report over the confrontation.

Travolta’s lawyer is asking a judge to dismiss the suit and demand Zanzi pay for his legal fees.

Previously, the two other male masseurs who claimed Travolta had acted wrongly dismissed

their cases.
