KARACHI: King of Bollywood Shahrukh Khan and multi-talented Farah Khan are looking for a solo heroine for their upcoming project “Happy New Year”.

According to media sources, “Farah and SRK considered all the current top-billing babes like Kareena Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone and Vidya Balan, but didn’t think they were appropriate for the role.”

Sources added that choreographer Khan is confused whether to choose Sonakshi or Parineeti. She is impressed with the performance of Sinha in “Dabang” and “Joker”, but she is also impressed with Chopra’s performance in “Ishaqzaade”.

“Happy New Year” will have all the ingredients of drama, comedy, action and romance. The story revolves around four male friends.

Shahrukh Khan, Boman Irani, Abhishek Bachchan and John Abraham are supposed to play the role of four friends. Situation forces these friends to participate in a dance competition, but the only problem is that none of them are good dancers.

The movie is expected to release sometime in 2013.
