CG of UAE hands over 13 tons Khalas dates to Red Crescent Sindh

The Consulate General of UAE in Karachi presented `Khalas Dates' for the needy families in Pakistan to be distributed in the month of Ramzan.

This was stated by the Consul General United Arab Emirates, Suhail Bin Matar Al-Ketbi, at the handing over ceremony at his residence.

He said every year the Government of UAE along with its citizens sends charity for the poor families as a goodwill gesture.

In the handing over ceremony of dates to Red Crescent Pakistan we hope that it will reach to the families in Sindh who rightly deserves this.

The Consul General said this ceremony re-affirms our commitment to our Muslim Brother Country that UAE and Pakistan stand together in the face of calamity.

On the occasion, Chairperson of the Red Crescent Sindh, Mrs.Farzana Naik, thanked the UAE government and people for this friendly gesture.
