KARACHI: One of Bollywood’s most bankable stars Katrina Kaif is all set to perform ominous stunts in her upcoming role for “Dhoom 3”.

According to media sources, to bring out her top performance the actress, has been on a low calorie diet in London to fit into the required shape and role.

Sources close the project said, “If you look at the other Dhoom films the ladies Esha Deol, Bipasha Basu and Aishwarya Rai had no real stunts to perform. In 'Dhoom 3' Kaif was given at least 3 major action sequences for which she was to be specially trained. Now after Tiger, Yash Raj is adding a couple of more action sequences which would be managed by a fleet of action co-ordinators.”

Sources added that "Kaif always wanted to do a full-on high-voltage action film with no body doubles. In Ek Tha Tiger, she could only get halfway there. In Dhoom 3, she has just been provided with even more scope for the hi-jinks."

Interestingly, Amir Khan will play a calm, cool and collected villain while female lead Kaif will do most of ‘the dirty work.’ The movie is scheduled for release sometime in 2013.
