Entry of Seimal, Alauddin banned in PA

21 Jun, 2012

The Assembly secretariat has issued a notification in this regard, APP learnt here on Thursday.

Seimal Kamran was stopped at the assembly gate on Thursday morning when she attempted to enter along with Sajida Mir.

As she offered resistance the lady police deployed at the gate pushed Seimal back. Sajida Mir however, entered into the House and later came out with other opposition members and staged a sit in at the assembly stairs to protest the ban on the entry of Seimal.

Seimal told media persons that she and her other opposition collegues were being insulted and abused for the last many years.

"We can not tolerate such attitude any more and have decided to respond abuses with shoes", she said.

The language, she said, Sheikh Alauddin used for women members was highly deplorable and intolerable.

Seimal said, " Action against female members was a well thought out plot, of which Shahbaz Sharif was the writer and Rana Sana director".
