KARACHI: On Friday until end of first half, KSE-100 Index remained positive and was at 13,822.33 with a positive change of 35.71 and volume of 19,967,464 shares. High and Low were 13,865.69 and 13,775.50 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 27,617,830 shares with 292 total traded companies out of which 158 were up, 118 were down and 16 were unchanged.

Construction and Materials sector was in the lead with a total traded volume of 5,580,953 shares and D.G. Khan Cement as leading company in that sector (2,559,954 shares) followed by Chemicals sector with a total traded volume of 5,246,363 shares and Arif Habib Corp. as the leading company in that sector (1,359,098 shares).

The three Top Traded companies were D.G. Khan Cement with a volume of 2,559,954 and price per share of 41.55 (0.41), Jahangir Siddiqui & Co. with a volume of 1,788,595 and price per share of 14.89 (0.04) and Arif Habib Corp. with a volume of 1,359,098 and price per share of 32.34 (0.44).

The top three Advancers were Unilever Pakistan with price per share of 7,249.00 (78.43), Rafhan Maize with price per share of 2,760.00 (24.30) and Mithchells Fruit with price share of 344.00 (12.07).

The top three Decliners were Ismail Industries with price per share of 99.50 (-5.20), Tri-Pack Films with price per share of 210.11 (-4.91) and Javedan Corp. with price per share of 80.09 (-4.21).
