ISLAMABAD: Analyst Dr. Hasan Askari Rizvi has said Nuclear capability is relevant in a particular context but not the solution of all matters like economic and terrorism.

Talking to a private Radio channel, he said nuclear weapon cannot save a country without economic stability like ex-USSR.

He remarked that Pakistan defense improved and Pak-India ties stabilized because of nuclear tests, yet Pakistan needed to strengthen financial issues as well.
