In a statement issued on Friday, he said the provincial death tally from the disease has reached 118 . He added that 3,384 corona tests have been conducted during the past 24 hours while 57,761 samples have been tested so far.

Besides, 172 new cases of the coronavirus have been reported taking the total number of cases to 2,799.
