According to ISPR, the operation was conducted on secret information in Dosari and Khaisora areas. During the exchange of fire, the army personnel killed nine militants and captured one of their accomplices.
Besides, two army soldiers identified as Lance Naik Abdul Waheed and Sepoy Sikam Dad embraced martyrdom while five others suffered injuries. Sikam Dad was a resident of Abbottabad while Abdul Waheed belonged to Muzaffarbad.
The army troops also seized huge cache of arms and ammunition and explosives from the hideout of the terrorists, the ISPR stated.
