The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) will observe 6-hour office timings as a part of the measures to contain the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). According to State Bank will observe 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday to Thursday) and 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday office timings with immediate effect. SBP said that these timings will continue till April 7, 2020, unless modified or withdrawn earlier.
Accordingly, banks/ DFIs/MFBs are advised by SBP to observe the above-mentioned timings in letter and spirit.
