The futures spread increased by 1155bps to 26.53 percent on the last day of the outgoing week. Trading activities on the futures counter remained thin as average daily volumes declined by 36.3 per cent during this week to 67.98 million shares as compared to previous week's average of 106.66 million shares. Average daily trading value decreased by 44.0 per cent during this week and stood at Rs 2.92 billion.
