Wagah border sealed for two weeks

The government on Thursday completely sealed Wagah border in order to prevent spread of coronavirus. According to a notification issued by the Ministry of Interior, the Wagah border will remained seal for an initial period of two weeks. The notification further stated that the suspension of activities at the border was in the best interest of both Pakistan and India.
The decision to close Wagah border was taken after the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa reported Pakistan's first two deaths from coronavirus.
