Former PTI MPA Khalil joins ANP

Another former PTI affiliated member of KP Assembly, Yasin Khan Khalil announced joining ANP here after meeting with the party president, Asfandyar Wali Khan at Wali Bagh, Charsadda on Saturday. He was invited by provincial president, Aimal Wali Khan a few days back that he accepted and announced to joining the party.

Speaking on the occasion, ANP chief, Asfandyar Wali Khan said that today there is strong need of unity and consensus amongst Pashtuns. He said the coming of Pashtuns leadership on one page during Pashtun Qoumi Jirga is welcoming.

He said that they had laid foundation for the unity of Pashtuns and now other friends will followed through further consultations to expand the process. He attributed ANP's Headquarters Bacha Khan Markaz into a joint home of all Pashtuns and it would show no deficiency in message of the Pakhtunism.

Asfandyar Wali Khan said that Pashtun Qoumi Jirga was convened to hold detailed discussion on problems and hardships faced by Pakhtuns and it would not be last one and in next jirga the process of consultation would be further expanded.

Afandyar Wali Khan further said that there would be no hesitation from rendering any society for bringing unity among the ranks of Pashtuns.
