The futures spread increased by 325bps to 14.15 percent on the last day of the outgoing week. Trading activities on the futures counter improved as average daily volumes increased by 141.6 percent to 158.74 million shares as compared to previous week's average of 65.70 million shares. An average daily trading value on the futures counter increased by 90.8 percent to Rs 5.92 billion during this week.
