This is apropos a Business Recorder news item "Cost of RBOD-II project escalates due to mismanagement" carried by the newspaper on Jan 21, 2020. The Project Monitoring Team (PMT) has however clarified that it (PMT) is only entitled to assist in technical affairs. PMT and Engineers V Corps have no role in project construction and work speed. They are helping in technical matters/affairs only.
