KARACHI: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC-I) here on Saturday remanded accused Javed Ansari to police custody till May 4 for threatening to hijack a domestic PIA plane.

The accused, a passenger of Bahawalpur bound flight was arrested by the police on the complaint of Airport Authorities that he (Javed) had threatened to hijack the plane during flight.

The flight landed back at the airport soon after the take off when the accused gave hijacking threat to one of the flight crew on Friday noon.
