The press conference, which was scheduled to be held today by the Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (DG ISPR) Major General Asif Ghafoor, has been postponed.

The DG ISPR was supposed to hold a presser today in the afternoon to give details regarding the decisions taken in the Corps Commanders Conference held on Tuesday. However, the press conference has been postponed as the DG ISPR has left for Peshawar for operational engagement, local media reported.

On Tuesday, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa presided over the conference held at GHQ in Rawalpindi. This was the COAS's first corps commanders' conference after the Supreme Court allolwed the extension in his tenure last month.
