Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) on Thursday announced extension of grace of 25 percent rebate on payment of all outstanding arrears on Municipal Utility Charges & Taxes (MUCT Bill) to the MUCT consumers till 31st December 2019.

This extension has been granted by the instruction of the mayor Karachi In a statement the civic body said the MUCT bills for the period ending October, 2018 to March, 2019 have already been distributed and in this regard, the MUCT consumers have been requested that they should get 25 percent rebate on their complete MUCT bill within due date of payment.

The department said that payment of MUCT bills on timely basis would facilitate the development process and provision of municipal services to Karachiites.

The citizens were also requested to contact the department of Municipal Utility Charges & Taxes, KMC.
