Federal Minister for Science and Technology Chaudhry Fawad Hussain has said that a parliamentary committee should be constituted to monitor the health of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supreme leader Nawaz Sharif on daily basis.

Talking to media persons outside the Parliament House on Thursday, the minister said it was a big decision of the cabinet to seek a surety bond from Sharif for going aboard for medical treatment.

He said political role of PML-N supreme leader Nawaz Sharif and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari had come to an end. He claimed that both Sharif and Zardari would not have any role in future politics and the incumbent people would only use their name to gain some support and nothing else, adding they would not give them any importance.

The minister also quoted the William Shakespeare's monologue in which the latter had said that 'world is like a stage where people come, perform and go away'.

He said the government showed flexibility by giving permission to Nawaz Sharif to go abroad for medical treatment.

He said PML-N was doing politics on the health of Sharif.
