Punjab University will organize an international conference on "Recent Innovations in Molecular Sciences" today at Faisal Auditorium.

Former Chairman Higher Education Commission of Pakistan Prof Dr Atta-ur-Rehman, PU VC Prof Niaz Ahmad Akhtar, Prof Dr Muhammad Waheed Akhtar, departments belonging to the participants from the faculties of life sciences, sciences, pharmacy and health sciences, over 1000 young scientist, researchers, prominent scientists from USA, UK, Australia, France, China, Iran, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Russia as well as from all over Pakistan, shall participate in this conference.

In a press statement, ICPU convener Prof Dr Muhammad Waheed Akhtar explained that conference program shall include 6 plenary talks, 30 invited lectures, 84 oral presentations and around 450 poster presentations.

He said that the conference shall in particular provide a highly fruitful opportunity for the young scientists to interact with the world-renowned scientists.
