Positive suggestions of opposition leaders to be focused for development of province: Jam Kamal

QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Jam Kamal Khan on Thursday said provincial government was focusing on positive suggestions of opposition and political parties in order to address all issues with consultation of stakeholders in the larger interest of public.

He assured the opposition leader that opposition and political parties’ constituencies were focused in financial budged 2019-20 on equality basis for ensuring progress of their areas including remote areas of province to ensure good governess.

He shared these views while talking to a delegation of Jamiat-Ulema-e-Islam-F led by Balochistan Assembly Opposition leader Malik Sikandar Advocate who was called on him at Chief Minister's Secretariat here.

Members of provincial assembly (MPAs) including Haji Nawaz Kakar, Mir Younas Aziz Zehri, Haji Asghar Treen, former Speaker Syed Muti Ullah, Agha and Agha Nawab Shah were present on the occasion.

They discussed matters of political situation and other related issues of province during the meeting.

The chief minister Mir Jam Kamal Khan said government promotes an environment of political understanding and we  believe in the freedom of political.

He said news projects are being tendered in various areas of province including Quetta and this process will be completed till July 31.

Opposition leader Malik Skindar Khan Advocate expressed his satisfaction over tendering of process which termed positive measures for development of Balochistan, saying that provincial government’s positive steps would be always welcomed in Balochistan Assembly under opposition leaders.
