PARIS: French police arrested some 20 suspect in dawn raids on Friday, notably in the southern city of Toulouse where serial killer operated, a source close to the operations said.

After Mohamed Merah's death in a shoot-out with police on March 22, Paris prosecutor Francois Molins said investigators were still looking for accomplices.
