Pakistan will face off South Africa in their sixth match of the ICC World Cup 2019 today (Sunday), at the historic Lords.

On paper, both sides run in the tournament have been quite similar, as both teams have failed to live up to the expectations and have not done justice to the talent they possess. The two teams have accumulated three points so far.

For Pakistan, the team needs to forget their previous loss to India and move ahead, for that to happen batsmen would need to step up and have to pile up massive score on the board against the daunting Proteas bowling line.

Pakistan’s painful defeat against bitter rivals India in Manchester last Sunday sparked a furious reaction from supporters, with ex-pats living in Britain taking out their frustrations on the players, which has led to Pakistan captain Sarfaraz Ahmed to plead with furious fans to stop abusing his team.
