NAB summons Shehbaz Sharif's family for interrogation

The National Accountability Bureau summoned on Saturday Pakistan Muslim League - Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif’s family, including his daughters and wife in a case pertaining to assets beyond known means of income.

According to local media reports, the bureau has summoned all family members of the Sharif family next week to recorder their statements in the case.  The bureau has summoned Leader of Opposition in the Punjab Assembly Hamza Shehbaz to appear before NAB Lahore on April 16.

Meanwhile, the PML-N president's wife has been summoned to appear on April 17 whereas his daughters have been summoned to appear on April 18 and April 19 respectively. Both father and son have been granted bail in the corruption cases filed against them by the bureau.

Shehbaz and Hamza are facing inquiry into the Ramzan Sugar Mills, Punjab Saaf Pani Company and assets beyond known source of income cases.
