The National Accountability Bureau once again raided on Saturday Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif’s house 96 H, at Model Town, Lahore to arrest Leader of the opposition in the Punjab Assembly Hamza Shehbaz.

NAB has raided Shehbaz's house only a day after they conducted a raid on Friday to arrest Hamza. NAB officials returned to the residence of the PML-N president on Saturday morning along with the police and magistrate.

The NAB team attempted to enter the property but have been unable to do so far. The area has been cordoned off and a heavy contingent of police officers has been deployed.

Speaking to the media outside the residence,  NAB’s deputy director said that they have the arrest warrant and will not leave without Hamza Shehbaz in their custody. Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar's spokesperson Dr Shahbaz Gill said that this was an independent operation of  NAB.
