The Sindh Engro Coal Mining Company (SECMC) in its official statement said that it has been learnt through the media that the Chairman of the Board of Sindh Engro Coal Mining Company Khursheed Jamali, has been arrested by NAB officials.
There is no allegation that Jamali's arrest pertains to SECMC's business or its operations. The SECMC is a Government of Sindh majority owned company and Khursheed Jamali represents Government of Sindh on the Board of Directors as the Chairman of SECMC.
The Company upholds transparency and adherence to the law in all its operations and has always performed its business without compromising on business ethics and in compliance with all relevant regulatory statutes and guidelines, the statement said.-PR
