KARACHI: As many as 30 employees and officials of the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) were chosen via balloting for the Hajj-2019 here on Tuesday.

Accroding to a press release, 21 out of total 30 employees, were of grade 01 to 15 while remaining were of grade-16 and above.

The Religious Affairs Department of the KMC had received total 1250 applications.

The balloting was performed by City Council Parliamentary leader Aslam Shah Afridi with other chairmen of the council.

Senior officers were also present on the occasion.
