The first Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development and Management Committee (KP-EZDMC) for the years 2015-16 and 2016-17 will be held on March 28. After holding the same AGM the non-compliance from Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) of the same period would be settled.
The management of the company has also decided to hold another AGM for the years 2017-18 and 2018-19 on October 28. These decisions have been made by the hard work of the Audit & Risk Management (ARM) Committee during its 12th meeting.
