The futures spread increased by 129bps to 9.28 percent on the last day of the outgoing week. Trading activities on the futures counter slightly improved as average daily volumes increased by 11.9 percent to 49.41 million shares. The average daily trading value on futures counter increased by 26.0 percent to Rs 2.488 billion during this week.
