The futures spread increased by 534bps to 11.94 percent on the last day of the outgoing week. Trading activities on the futures counter remained thin as average daily volumes decreased by 19.0 percent to 44.06 million shares. Average daily trading value on the future counter declined by 24.5 percent to Rs 1.899 billion.
