Zardari accuses government of giving 'NRO' to TLP

Former president and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari on Thursday claimed that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has given a National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) to protesters of Tehreek-e-Labaik of Pakistan (TLP).
Addressing a press conference in Khairpur along with senior party leader Manzoor Wassan, Asif Ali Zardari said that like ex-prime minister Nawaz Sharif, the incumbent government was also came into power after an agreement. He also criticized PM Imran Khan and said that he always takes U-turns after his every decision.
The PPP leader has claimed that efforts are underway to put Benazir Bhutto murder case on the back burner. He maintained that things around 2007 murder case are being "cooled down". The former president, however, did not explain what he meant by "cooling down" the process.
About the incumbent government's performance, the PPP leader said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has utterly failed to provide immediate relief to the people as per their slogans during election campaign.
"Tell me, what is the difference between this government and the past governments, do you see Naya Pakistan?," he asked reporters.
