Minister of State for Communications Murad Saeed claimed on Wednesday that seven Pakistan Muslim League - Nawaz (PML-N) members had approached him for a National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO).

During the National Assembly session today, the state minister alleged that PML-N leaders had approached him asking for NRO in accountability cases, local media reported. However, the minister contended that no one will be given NRO. When demanded to name the members who had approached him for NRO, Saeed replied that the first person to ask him was present at the Parliament.

The minister remarked that they will make a law to bring back the country's money. He said that those who had looted the nation's money should be hanged D Chowk with their assets being auctioned at the same place.

Meanwhile, the opposition claimed that accountability was being used in order to oppress the opposition. However, former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi cleared it that they were in favor of fair accountability and if the government wanted they could start from Pakistan Muslim League - Nawaz.

The PML-N leader further said that Prime Minister Imran Khan was also facing a case of wrongful use of a helicopter and he should also be arrested.
