FCCI invited for ITMA fair

Nadeem Mazhar, a representative of the organizers of the international fair told the FCCI members here Thursday that the exhibition was launched in 1951 by leading textile manufacturing European countries, including the UK, Spain, Belgium, Italy, France and Switzerland.

He said that the fair was organised after every four year to showcase the innovation and development made in the field of the textile sector.

Regarding ITMA-2019, he said that 1,600 leading textile machinery manufacturers would exhibit their latest inventions and technologies while more than 100,000 participants are expected to visit it.

He termed ITMA-2019 as an 'Innovation Launching Pad' and said that it would exhibit all new technologies fully compatible with the contemporary as well as emerging needs of this age.

Earlier, Syed Zia Alumdar Hussain, the President FCCI, gave a brief introduction of the city and the FCCI.
