PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development and Management Company (KP-EZDMC) has facilitated the investors in the establishment of a Flexible Packaging Plant by Cherat Packaging Ltd. in Gadoon Industrial Estate.

The facilitation was included the allotment of land for establishment of the plant, removing encroachments on the land, assisting NOC/approval from different government departments and providing staff facilitation.

The new plant which is unique in technology in KP will bring Rs. 2.5 billion investment to the province and generate 1000 direct and indirect jobs.

Meanwhile, the CEO KP-EZDMC, Saeed Ahmad Khan said that the project was another milestone towards industrialization of KP. The company provide prompt facilitation to all its investors making it easier to invest in KP. The company will look forward to continue facilitating many such success stories in future.

Director Cherat Packages Mr. Anwar Khan said that they were very pleased with efforts of KPEZDMC in supporting and facilitating their investment in KP.

"Our experience with KPEZDMC has made us more confident in investing in KP and we plan to further enhance our footprint in the province with more investments.

He also thanked Faisal Hayat then Estate Manager Gadoon Industrial Estate for his relentless efforts in making the project successful.
