Nawaz to launch public-contact drive

Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif has decided to address the people through public meetings starting from next week onward. The public contact campaign will start from next week from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Developmental projects will also be inaugurated during the meetings. Sources have indicated that the PM will hold his first rally in Mansehra and then address people every week once or twice at different locations. He will lay the foundation of various projects related to the welfare of people during his visit to different cities.
According to analysts, the PM has decided to initiate the public contact campaign as a result of increasing pressure from the opposition parties after the onset of the Panama Leaks.
