Judicial Activism Panel Chairman Azhar Siddique and Civil Society Network President Abdullah Malik have appealed to the Lahore High Court to start National Action Plan in Punjab immediately. They made this appeal on a petition in the wake of Sunday's deadly suicide attack. The petitioners also held Punjab government responsible for failing to formulate any effective mechanism against terror and accused it of being "reluctant to execute the action plan in letter and spirit".
