Pakistan Airways has been registered with Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). Aaj News quoted Pakistan International Airline's spokesman as saying that Pakistan Airways was registered as a subsidiary of national airline. Spokesman PIA said that the registration of Pakistan Airways was aimed at improving the performance and standard of the national airline.
