Ibad rules out IS presence in Karachi

Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ebad on Saturday ruled out the existence of Islamic State terrorist group in Karachi. Speaking to media persons here, Governor Ebad said the group had no organisational setup in Karachi. "Existing banned terrorist outfits are trying to associate them with the Daesh," he said, adding that IS was a new phenomenon and had no organised presence in the Sindh provincial capital. He further said that the nexus between various terror outfits were already busted in Karachi.
