Prices moved both ways on the wholesale grain market on Thursday in the process of trading, dealer said. On the cereals side, Moong Punjab was lower by Rs 125 to Rs 10125 and Moong Afghan quoted lower at Rs 10375, other commodities maintained overnight levels, they said.
On the grams side, yellowpeas Russia was up by Rs 200 to Rs 3900 and yellowpeas Dall Russia also gained the same amount to Rs 4400, Gur was higher by Rs 500 to Rs 6000-6500, they said. On the seed side, cottonseed oilcake with bag low type was higher by Rs 50 to Rs 2000 and the best quality was up by Rs 25 to Rs 2125, castor seeds shed Rs 300 to Rs 3800, they said. Prices showed no change on the rice sector, they said.
