National interest: 'JUI-F and seminaries fighting war'

Provincial chief JUI-F, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Maulana Gul Naseeb Khan Sunday said that their party and religious seminaries are fighting the war of the salvation of Islam and Pakistan while United States, India and Israel are busy in hatching conspiracies against the country and Islam.
He expressed these views while talking to a representative delegation comprising of the office bearers from Malakand, Peshawar divisions and Khyber Agency. Maulana Atta-ul-Haq Darwish, Abdul Jalil Jan, Maulana Rafiullah Qasmi and Mufti Ejaz Shinwari were also present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Maulana Gul Naseeb Khan said that JUI-F and religious seminaries are battling the war of salvation of Pakistan and Islam, but on the instigations of Western forces, the carrying of action against seminaries and religious clerics is reflecting a specific agenda.
He said that terrorism being linked with seminaries to appease West through taking action against the religious forces. He said that JUI-F is battled the enemies of the nation both inside the parliament and in a democratic manner outside to play full role in foiling the conspiracy against democracy and parliament.
He was of the opinion that religious seminaries are the means of the strengthening the religion of Islam and millions of students and thousands of teachers across the country will not hesitate from rendering any sacrifice for the salvation of Islam and Pakistan. He said that the people of FATA has rendered matchless sacrifices for the country and instead of the imposition of any system on them, their consent of the tribesmen should be sought. He said that JUI-F will accept each decision of the tribesmen.
