Former prime minister Yousaf Raza Gilani on Tuesday said that he had served jail term for as many as ten years and he is awaiting National Accountability Bureau's apology. He expressed these views while talking to the media persons at third-day prayer gathering of his deceased nephew Asad Murtaza Gilani, who was martyred in Mina tragedy.
He said that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) is leaving constituencies vacant in LB polls so that independent candidates join the party after winning. While answering a question about LB polls, he said Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is party chairman and not a card that could be played on a table. He further said that extension in tenure of Chief of Army Staff (CoAS) General Raheel Sharif depends on PM Nawaz.
