Prime Minister's engagements

Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has departed for USA to attend the 70th Session of UNGA. Prime Minister will attend the following engagements:
1) Attend Global Leaders Meeting on Gender Equality and Women Empowerment organisation by China and UN Women.
2) Address by the Prime Minister to the plenary meeting of General Assembly for adoption of the post 2015 Development agenda.
3) Attend welcoming reception by UN Secretary General in honour of the Heads of States.
4) Attend the Opening Session of General Debate of 70th UNGA.
5) Peacekeeping Summit co-hosted by Prime Minister of Pakistan and President of United States and UNSG.
6) Attend Reception hosted by President of USA in honour of Heads of States on the occasion of 70th Session of UNGA.
7) Address by the Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif to the General Debate of 70th UNGA. Pakistan's first lady Ms. Kalsoom Nawaz, Federal Minister for Finance Ishaq Dar, National security advisor to Prime Minister Sartaj Aziz and the minister of state for information technology are accompanying the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister's delegation comprises of only 35 members (including 7 security staff and 7 members of official media team).-PR
